DEIXA DAO, LLC (“Company”, “DEIXA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) owns and operates the Site (as defined below) which makes available a branded digital reward & loyalty program (“Rewards”) that provides users with the opportunity to earn and redeem digital blockchain token rewards within a digital marketplace (“Marketplace”) that will also provide users with the opportunity to purchase, collect, showcase and resell digital blockchain tokens, collectibles which may contain exclusive content related to significant moments, and epic experiences. The Rewards & Marketplace represents a community proprietary user integration for access to earn and redeem digital blockchain tokens through the Rewards & Marketplace.
While communications are fully encrypted from DEIXA, your emails to DEIXA and/or all forms of communication might not be encrypted (i.e. gmail account). DEIXA uses Proton encrypted email for its secure.deixa.io email communication.
DEIXA is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Residents of the European Union may opt-out of online behavioral advertising served by the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance’s participating member organizations by visiting https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/. DEIXA will comply with the DPA and/for GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. (a) Analytics
We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Services. Presently, we use Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google LLC (“Google”) that tracks and reports Site traffic. (b)Behavioral Remarketing
We also use remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to you after you visited our Services. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service. We use Google Ads for these purposes. Google Ads remarketing service is provided by Google. You can opt-out of this by visiting the Google Ads Settings page: http://www.google.com/settings/ads.
(c) Other Tracking Technologies
To see how our Services is performing we sometimes use conversion beacons, tags, scripts and pixels, which fire a short line of code to tell us when you have clicked on a particular button or reached a particular page. We also use these tracking technologies to analyze usage patterns of our Services. The use of these technologies allows us to record that a particular device, browser, or application has visited a particular webpage.
(d) Do Not Track
Some Internet browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari, include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” or “DNT” signals. Since uniform standards for “DNT” signals have not been adopted, our Site does not currently process or respond to “DNT” signals.

If you enable location-based services on your computer or mobile device in connection with your use of the Services, you expressly consent to DEIXA collecting the geolocation (which may include specific longitude and latitude) of your device. This information will be used as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
- Data Retention
SUMMARY
We may retain your personal information as long as you continue to use the Site or Rewards & Marketplace, have an account with us, or for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. You can ask to close your account by contacting us as described below, and we will delete your personal information on request. We may, however, retain personal information for an additional period as is permitted or required under applicable laws, for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons, or for legitimate and lawful business purposes.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Additionally, we will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data or the information you provided to us to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Also, we will retain your marketing contact information until you unsubscribe from our marketing communications. Also, we will also retain Services usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Services, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods
- Communication Preferences
You can choose whether you wish to receive marketing communications from us. If you receive marketing communications from us and would like to opt out, you can do so by following the directions in that communication. You can also make choices about your receipt of marketing communications by signing into your account, and viewing and managing your communication permissions in your account’s user dashboard, where you can update contact information, manage your contact preferences, opt out of email subscriptions, and choose whether to share your contact information with DEIXA and our partners. Alternatively, you can request that we withdraw your consent to use your personal data by submitting an email to us at support@DEIXA.com and including “Please withdraw my consent for marketing communications” in the “Subject” line. DEIXA will verify your ability to access that email, then update our systems to remove your email address from the system we use to send marketing communications. We will use reasonable efforts to respond to your request within 30 days of our receipt of verification of the request. Please note that these choices do not apply to mandatory communications that are part of the Rewards & Marketplace, or to surveys or other informational communications that have their own unsubscribe method.
- How to Access and Control Your Personal Information
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information that you shared with us on our Services or through other written or oral means. We are committed to keeping your personal information accurate and up to date. However, it is up to you to update it with any changes. In most cases, you can review and submit changes to your personal information by logging into the Site or Rewards & Marketplace and visiting your account profile page. You may also notify us via the information in the “How to Contact Us” section below to request access to, or to correct any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to delete or change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. If you no longer wish to have your personal information processed, you may request to delete your account (username and password), subject to certain limitations, by contacting us as described below.
